The Libertarian Party is dedicated to giving Australians more control over their lives and their futures. We stand for personal freedom, lower taxes, and a government that respects your privacy and choices. Unlike other parties, we believe in reducing government overreach—protecting your rights to free speech, association, and religious freedom—while ensuring your hard-earned money stays in your pocket. Our vision is simple: a freer, more prosperous Australia where individuals, not politicians, decide what’s best for themselves and their families.
A Libertarian Vision: Federal Election Campaign 2025
The Libertarian Party is working hard to build on our success from the New South Wales and Victorian state elections, where Libertarians were elected to state parliaments, showcasing the strength of our growing movement. Now, we are preparing to take the fight to Canberra and return Libertarians to Federal Parliament since Duncan Spender & David Leyonhjelm finished their stints in 2019, standing up for individual freedoms, financial responsibility, and a government that serves the people - not the other way around.
